At ATA, construction is about turning good design into a well-built finished project. We combine experienced site management with skilled tradespeople, careful planning and a strong understanding of how buildings actually go together.

We undertake high-quality residential construction, renovations and specialist building works throughout Kenya. Every project is carefully planned and managed from mobilisation through to completion, with close attention to programme, cost, procurement, workmanship and detail.

Our approach is hands-on. We work closely with our team of architects, engineers, designers and specialist subcontractors to resolve details before they become problems on site. Materials and construction methods are selected not only for appearance, but for durability, practicality and suitability to the local environment.

ATA has particular strength in stonework, plastering, tiling and specialist finishes, supported by an experienced network of structural, MEP, joinery, glazing, roofing and other specialist contractors. Where a project requires materials or systems that are not readily available locally, we source specialist products internationally.

Whether we are delivering a complete new home or carrying out a complex renovation, our objective remains the same: to build accurately, manage efficiently and deliver a finished project that reflects the quality of the original design.

STONECRAFT — SPECIALISTS IN STONE & PLASTER

Stonework and plastering have always been an important part of ATA's construction heritage. Our teams undertake natural stone walling, cladding, paving and bespoke masonry, together with high-quality internal and external plaster finishes.

These are trades we understand at a practical level, allowing us to achieve a level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that has become a defining part of our work.
